Mr. Satishkumar R. Gajjar- Managing Director

Mr. Satishkumar R. Gajjar, aged 54 years is the Promoter; Managing Director& Chief Financial Officer of our company. He has completed his Bachelor of Arts from Gujarat University. He has more than 25 years of experience in business management. He is having vast experience in the field of printing and offering multi-colour offset printing services, single colour offset printing services, commercial printing services for calendars, catalogs, brochures, posters, annual reports manuals, etc. and since last 2-3 years he has been associated with Real Estate Industry and has gained fair knowledge and experience in the Real Estate sector, especially in the land development. He looks after overall Business Development, Project Implementation, liasoning with brokers and government authority for plan approval and other related matters. He led many new initiatives in VIVID MERCANTILE LIMITED and has been key player in growth of company.

Mrs. Geetaben S. Gajjar- Whole-Time Director

Mrs. Geetaben S. Gajjar, aged 51 years is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of our company. She is Undergraduate and is associated as a Director with the company since 5th September, 2003 and has been appointed as whole-time director w.e.f. 10th January, 2018. She is involved in the business right from conceptualization stage to execution stage like planning, monitoring the all activities. She looks after Administration and HR division our Company.

Mr. Dhaval S. Gajjar - Professional Non-Executive Director

Mr. Dhaval S. Gajjar, aged 27 years is the Professional Non-Executive Director of our company. He has completed his diploma in animation from Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics in year 2014. He has more than 3 years of experience in the field of arts, animation and designing. As a Director of our Company with corporate acumen, he brings value addition to our Company.

Ms Priti Jain

Ms Priti Jain- is a Company Secretary cum Compliance officer of our company,she is a commerce graduate and Company secretary by profession, having experience of more than 4 years in corporate laws and securities law areas. She has excellent communication skills and expertise in Companies act 2023 and SEBI Regulations.
